Mix Converter allows you to quickly calculate the amounts of all components necessary to prepare any quantity of complex mixtures according to given reference ratios. This is the case, when, for instance, traditional film material and the prints thereof are being developed and respective volumes of developer and fixer are needed. As an example, it may then be necessary to determine how much developer and water must be mixed to prepare a solution of e.g. 64 oz at a ratio of 1 : 24. Here, Mix Converter will easily calculate the amounts of each constituent in a single operation. In this way, quantities of up to 6 different components of any mixture may be determined. The application of Mix Converter is, therefore, not limited to analogue photography or the preparation of all sorts of solutions. Since dimensions (e.g. weight or volume units) are irrelevant for the calculations, even heterogeneous data can be incorporated directly. Mix Converter is thus a universal tool to determine individual amounts of constituents of all conceivable mixtures, blends, alloys etc. Note: Use this application on your own risk.
